I’ve been gaming most of my life, not hardcore but enough to say it’s one of my biggest hobbies. The NES was my first game console I played on, Super Mario Bros 3 of course. The SNES followed (Mario Bros 3 suddenly had a background!) and I’ll never forget the moment I manoeuvred Mario for the first time through a 3D environment with the revolutionary N64 controller.
I have owned every Nintendo console since then and I still have them, even (almost) all the portable ones. I still miss some Game & Watch consoles, some are hard to get or are very expensive. In addition to the consoles, I also collect all the Mario games and Amiibos.
Next to the Nintendo’s I owned a Playstation 1 followed some time later by a Xbox 360. However, some Red Rings of Death later I decided to switch back to Playstation.
Some time ago I started making screenshots of in-game visuals and dedicated my Instagram page to this. As this did not satisfy my urge to share more gaming material with the world I decided to start this blog which I divided into reviews and blogs.
